Delivery Information

We deliver your shed to your accessible prepared level site. If your site is not level, your shed will not sit properly on the pad. Leveling is available for $40 plus the cost of any material used. We are not responsible for any damage to property or to any shed once we leave the public roadway. If you have us go over property you do not own, you are responsible for any damages to that property. We are NOT responsible for damage to shrubbery, lawns, trees, driveways or your prepared site when making a delivery. It is your responsibility to guide our delivery person away from underground tanks, septic fields, overhead obstructions, or anything we would not have knowledge of. Upon arriving at your location, the delivery of the shed should take no more than 1 hour to complete. Any delay due to inaccessibility or unprepared site will be billed at $40 per hour starting from the arrival time. MOVING SHED BY HAND is $40 PER HOUR(1 HOUR MINIMUM). This may incluide but is not limited to, unhooking and re-hooking the trailer due to tight areas, using pipe or other tools to maneuver or spin the shed., etc. If site is inaccessible to truck and trailer, or we are unable to deliver due to snow, ice, or mud, in the opinion of our driver, we will return the shed back to our yard and charge a delivery fee for the trip of no less than $100. Delivery is included in the first trip only, up to 20 miles unless indicated otherwise in the order. Any miles after the initial 20 are charged based on the size of the building per our delivery fee schedule.

IT IS THE CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY TO CALL 2 HOURS PRIOR TO DELIVERY IF THE SITE WHERE THE SHED IS BEING PLACED IS NOT ACCESSIBLE DUE TO RAIN, MUD, SNOW, ICE, ETC.
